Life and Family Services is not a medical facility.  We do not provide medical services.  However, we offer free pregnancy tests that you can take here at our facility.  If you have a positive pregnancy reading, we can help refer you to medical providers.

Life and Family Services is not a medical facility.  We do not give medical advice or treatment.  However, our advocates are here to help point you in the right direction.  If you are pregnant and would like to know more about the pregnancy and parenting journey, we have educational video lessons as well as workshops that you are welcome to take part in!  If you are in need of services that Life and Family Services does not provide, we do our best to refer you to the right resources that will serve your specific needs!

If you are pregnant or have a child (ages 0-3 years old), you are welcome to shop at our B.A.B.E. store!    At our  B.A.B.E. store we have items such as...

B.A.B.E Vouchers

B.A.B.E. is a community-wide program that distributes vouchers to parents who use services in the community that will help them have a healthier pregnancy and healthier children. Several doctors and programs around Noble County give out B.A.B.E. vouchers. 

B.A.B.E. vouchers are spent in the B.A.B.E. Store to get items needed to care for infants and toddlers.  No money is exchanged in the B.A.B.E. Store, and only B.A.B.E. vouchers from Noble County are accepted.  Vouchers spent in the B.A.B.E. Store may only be used by the person whose name is on the voucher.

Man2Man Mentoring

Our Man2Man Mentoring Program was designed for fathers who may be seeking more wisdom and guidance in regards to fatherhood.  If you are a father and are interested in this program, please call (260) 347-5720 and schedule an appointment to meet with a Man2Man mentor!

Ronald McDonald Care Mobile

Made available through a partnership between Parkview Health and Ronald McDonald House Charities, the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile is a doctor's office on wheels that serves children ages 0-18.  Check out what is offered!

Available services include:

  • Wellness visits
  • Immunizations
  • Screenings (hearing, vision, developmental)
  • Point of care testing (lead, strep, urine)
  • Fluoride treatments
  • Childhood health and safety education

(No-charge services delivered to families without medical insurance.)
