Life and Family Services is not a medical facility and does not perform any medical procedures. However, we do provide free and confidential pregnancy tests that are medical grade. If you or someone you know would like to receive a free pregnancy test, please call/text us – (260) 347-5720.

At Life and Family Services, we provide free prenatal and parenting education for individuals who are pregnant or have children. You can choose which lessons you would like to receive, and each lesson will earn you vouchers to our B.A.B.E. store! Lessons can be done online or in person.

The B.A.B.E. store at Life & Family Services offers a variety of infant and small children’s necessities. Items within the store can only be purchased with B.A.B.E. vouchers. These vouchers can be earned through our free parenting and prenatal education and/or visiting participating doctors and social service agencies around Noble County.
