Board of Directors

  • President- Bill Miller

Bill Miller has been a board member with Life and Family Services since being re-elected in 2018 and now serves as our board president. Bill and his wife are celebrating their 25th year of marriage this year, and have raised seven children and are grandparents to six grandchildren. This Noble County native is known for his 27 years of service working for the Kendallville Pizza Hut and is proud to be the most awarded Pizza Hut GM in the franchise history. He has been a member of New Life Tabernacle for the last 26 years.  He is extremely passionate about Life and Family Service and our mission.  The Millers were foster parents to 39 children and through our B.A.B.E. Program they could receive vouchers to give the children beds, clothing and other necessary items while staying with the them.  With this support, and with the love from the Millers, ultimately the goal for each child is to learn tools to improve their quality of life and be reunited with their natural parents.

“I have had the pleasure of partnering with Life and Family Services for the past 10yrs while working with expectant families at Parkview. I became a board member a couple years ago to continue that strong relationship, to be able to provide even more support and help to the families in our community. I enjoy being able to continue my work having a servant’s heart through Life and Family Services and sharing God’s love.”

  • Board Member - Latesa Conley

Latesa Conley has been married to Jeff for 37 years and reared 4 children who are all married and has been blessed with 15 grandchildren. She is a Registered Nurse and works for Parkview. Most of her nursing career has been in nursing management, but last year she decided to return to the local community in a part time role. She owns a catering/event planning business with a food truck - The Grub Hut and is the Sunday School Director for Harbor of Love Baptist Church. In her free time she loves to cook, sew, quilt and craft.

When asked to join the board for Life and Family Services, it was something she had a passion for. She knows first hand the support systems needed to help when being a pregnant teenager.
