Life and Family Services is not a medical facility and does not perform any medical procedures. However, we do provide free and confidential pregnancy tests that are medical grade. If you or someone you know would like to receive a free pregnancy test, please call/text us at (260) 347-5720.
Pregnancy Information
Life and Family Services is not a medical facility. However, we can provide clients with prenatal information and education that may better prepare them throughout their pregnancy journey. In addition, we recognize that mothers are given numerous options throughout their pregnancy journey. Prenatal & Parenting Education
At Life and Family Services, we provide free prenatal and parenting education for individuals who are pregnant or have children. You can choose which lessons you would like to receive, and each lesson will earn you vouchers to our B.A.B.E. store! Lessons can be done online or in person.
The B.A.B.E. Store
The B.A.B.E. store at Life & Family Services offers a variety of infant and small children’s necessities. Items within the store can only be purchased with B.A.B.E. vouchers. These vouchers can be earned through our free parenting and prenatal education and/or visiting participating doctors and social service agencies around Noble County. Abortion Recovery
If you or someone you know is suffering from a past abortion decision, we are here to provide judgement-free, confidential support. We strive to provide hope and healing in a welcoming environment where you can speak freely with one of our client advocates.
Referrals to Medical and Social Services
At Life and Family Services, one of our top priorities is to strengthen families! If a client is faced with a need that we are not able to help with, we do our best to refer him/her to an agency that is specialized in the situation they are facing.
